• 50% of stay holds reservation, remaining balance due one week prior to arrival unless prior arrangements are made, or full price is due if booking within 7 days of stay.  

• Payments in the form of check or money order are accepted by mail. We also accept cash on arrival.

• 14 day notice of cancellation prior to stay is required for full refund.  Less than 14 days, 50% deposit is forfeited. Failure to cancel will result in full payment due.

• No refunds for early departure, including weather.

• Please leave the cottage as clean as you found it. Special instructions will be provided upon arrival.

• Do not leave trash or personal items out after dark. (Don't feed the bears or other critters!)

• Do not store fuel cans near the cottage.

• No pets.

• You must be 21 to rent the cottage. 

• Check in: 3pm    Check out:  11 am    Check in instructions will be provided in reservation confirmation email.

• There is no smoking in the cottage.  Smoking containers are provided outside.  Please do not litter or throw butts on the grounds.  

• ATV Policies: No riding on the property. Please transport ATV's to designated trail areas.

• NO DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS ON THE PROPERTY
